    Will collect and prepare blood samples for inspection.
    Will assist in maintaining the laboratory and radiology areas in proper condition.
    The Laboratory Assistant will assist in maintaining an inventory of laboratory equipment and supplies and prepare purchase requisitions, for submission to the Practice Manager, for needed supplies.
    Will assist in recording information, collecting specimens, labeling specimens for identification.


    Qualifications Requirements: Must be comfortable using computer hardware and software as well as computerized equipment. Must be motivated to serve the needs of patients and perform services to benefit people and Central Ozarks Medical Center. Must possess a sense of discipline to work in accordance with accepted medical standards. Must possess reading and verbal skills necessary to understand and communicate, regarding medical records and laboratory procedures.
