We are searching for a Truck Driver to work in our Pet Segment, providing logistics, production, and maintenance support at our Segrest Farms, Gibsonton location. This position primarily involves loading freight on trucks for deliveries. Primary job duties are driving, delivering and unloading freight to various locations and businesses. Other duties involving errands, picking up supplies, supporting maintenance and production crews are also typical. Central Garden & Pet is seeking a Business Development Manager, Pet eCommerce to drive profitable growth across assigned eCommerce accounts: Chewy and/or Amazon. This role owns the day-to-day commercial relationship for its assigned account(s) and is accountable for sales plan attainment, promotional strategy, forecasting, and on-site visibility across an assigned portfolio of Pet Consumer brands.
The Business Development Manager builds and executes customer business plans, develops aggressive go-to-market and promotional strategies, and partners closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and BU eCommerce teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

POSITION INFORMATION:
This position pays $100,000 - $130,000 annually, heavily dependent on relevant past experience and geographic metro location (Schaumburg, IL). This role is also eligible for an annual incentive based on plan parameters which include individual and business metrics.

The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for handling the electrical and mechanical projects for our facilities including equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. This position runs Monday - Friday, with the following shifts: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoots and repairs various manufacturing equipment.Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.Uses power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and manufacturer's instructions.Install, set up, and tune new injection molding machines or similar plastic molding systems. May install and maintain fixtures and facilities.Services equipment used by oiling, greasing, and adding gas as required.Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.Other duties as assigned. Develop and execute the company's global procurement strategy and 3–5-year strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term business growth.
Lead all aspects of domestic and global strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiations, supplier selection, and supplier performance management across direct spend categories.
