    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Supply Chain Planning & Reporting Specialist is responsible for facilitating the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between demand, supply & cross functional teams toward achieving overall business objectives & the Operational Plan. This role analyzes historical sales data, forecasts, inventory levels, and operational capacity to develop actionable insights that influence decision-making.
    MEASURES OF SUCCESS:Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to validate demand forecasts and integrate market intelligence, including promotions, seasonality, and new product launches, into planning assumptions.Analyze historical sales trends and forecast performance to support accurate demand planning initiatives.Develop, maintain, and analyze KPI dashboards and reporting tools related to forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rate, service levels, and Plan vs. Actual performance.Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making and operational reviews.Coordinate and prepare materials for monthly S&OP meetings, including Demand Review and Supply Review sessions.Present key findings, supply-demand gaps, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.Conduct “what-if” scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of supply chain disruptions, capacity limitations, or shifts in customer demand.Support contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies through data-driven analysis.Conduct system data audits and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy of information.
    IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field required.2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI.Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights that influence business decision making.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

    Test and unload rail cars and trucks.  Receive all grains and put in designated bins.Clean and process all incoming grain.Performs quality control sampling, checks and test.Regulates inflow of materials and observes outflow to ensure attainment of specified product, when operating continuous mills.Keep accurate production records.Drive tractor to transport grain to other locations.  Provide assignments to drivers.Keep all work areas clean and swept up.  Maintain a clean truck and rail car area.Assist in silo clean up and clean out.Responsible for reporting any Food Safety issues to authorized personnel for correction.

    Qualifications:

    •          Mathematical skills required – ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, use fractions, and decimals.

    •          Must be able to climb and work in elevated areas.

    •          General mechanical aptitude.

    •          Ability to communicate with employees in a manner promoting a “team” work environment.

    •          Must have good organizational skills. 

    •          High school diploma preferred.

    The Garden Segment is hiring a Project Engineer in the Atlanta, GA office.  This position will initiate, coordinate and own capital project and process improvement initiatives within our Grass Seed and Controls businesses.  This will be accomplished through effective project leadership and development of effective working relationships with facility plant managers, operations, S&OP, finance and marketing business leads.  The Project Engineer will utilize problem-solving and lean/six sigma tools as well as training, coaching, and influencing skills to achieve specific organizational change, financial objectives, and drive manufacturing innovation as well as new product development.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Match names from picking tickets and picking labels to the correct corresponding item name on a bin located on tanks via locations.Handle Fish properly; training is provided.Count fish accurately to match orders.Carry small buckets of water.Work assigned shift until all orders are completed for that day.Clean work area as assigned.Communicate between lines and assist others when necessary to complete orders timely.Able to operate bag clipping machines determining the appropriate bag size for species and number of fish per bucket. Consistently pack each bag 50% water and 50% oxygen.Able to box orders and label boxes according to all boxing requirements.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Attention to detail.Work well in a team environment.Punctual.Great Attendance.Be able to work a flexible schedule if necessary.Willing to accept all assigned tasks.Some fish knowledge preferred.Able to pick, pack and label fish packed at the feeder table. Includes lifting boxes weighing 15-45 pounds.

    WORKING CONDITIONS 

    Able to walk and stand for up to 10 hours plus per shift starting at 7:30am.Sitting frequently for rest breaks.Carry multiple buckets weighing about 2 lbs. each.Able to lift boxes of up to 10lbs.

    Title:  Warehouse Worker Reports To: Warehouse ManagerWork Schedule: 7-3:30 pm, M-Fri; OT required during peak season. The Warehouse Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks within the warehouse of a manufacturing plant, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role involves working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods through the warehouse, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the overall operations of the manufacturing plant.Primary Responsibilities:Unload incoming shipments, verify the accuracy of shipments against packing slips or purchase orders, and inspect goods for damage. Record and report discrepancies or damages to the Warehouse Coordinator or Manager.Properly store materials and products in designated locations within the warehouse. Organize and maintain inventory in a neat and accessible manner.Pick and prepare materials and products for shipping using manual stocking. Ensure that orders are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery in a timely manner.Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move materials and products within the warehouse and to/from loading docks and production areas.Assist with labeling and preparing products for shipment.
