    How you will contribute

    A CT Tech who excels in this role:

    Performs high-quality CT and X-ray examinations in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols Ensures patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process Operates and maintains imaging equipment Accurately documents procedures and maintain patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Collaborates with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes

    Adheres to infection control, radiation safety, and HIPAA regulations

    How you'll contribute

    Perform general nursing duties, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Prepare and operate dialysis equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments, promptly addressing any complications or concerns. Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, post-treatment care, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment, patient progress, and medication administration. Support infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment in the dialysis unit.

    What we're looking for
    Applicants should have a current North Carolina state or compact state RN license. Additional requirements include:

    Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor's degree required). Current RN license in the state of North Carolina. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of Dialysis RN experience. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing patient needs.
