Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. This position is both clinical and administrative in nature.
The medical assistant position is located in our Wayne and Morristown offices. Candidate must be willing to travel.
Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program that is recognized by the State of New Jersey is required.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30-4:30 or close as needed..
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Taking accurate vital signs
· Medication entry
· Specimen collection
· EMR input and maintenance
· Set priorities and respond quickly to urgent situations
· Assist physician during examination
· Pre and post procedure instructions to patients
· Process Procedure paperwork to appropriate department
· Calling pharmacies, hospitals and labs as necessary
· Cooperative working relationship with staff and physicians
· Confidentiality of private healthcare, financial and other company information
· Responsible for reception duties for the office. Must master the check-in process, collecting co-pays, making follow- up appointments and answering the telephone.
Qualifications:
· Medical Assistant Certification
Experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery is a PLUS.· 2+ years of medical assistant experience
· Strong communication skills - written and oral
· Ability to multitask
· Excellent clinical and patient interaction skills
· Proficiency with computers and data-entry including Word, Excel, Outlook and EMR (E-Clinical Works experience is a plus)

CNSO is in search of a Part-Time or Full-Time DPT for our thriving office in Morristown.
The ideal candidate will work with the current DPT staff to cover the growing patient base in our Morristown office. Opportunity to work in other physical therapy facilities in Northern New Jersey are available, if the candidate expresses an interest. Every physical therapist at CNSO is supported by a strong infrastructure and clinical care coverage.
Responsibilities include:
Provide physical therapy to orthopedic patients within a predominant population of spine patients with the goal of avoiding surgery or when indicated, to expedite recovery from surgery in the postoperative period.Work directly with neurosurgeons, orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management doctors, and physiatrists within the same Wayne office.Independently evaluate patients then develop, implement, and modify the treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s needs. Communicate any concerning observations to the treating physician either in person, by phone call, or via HIPAA compliant texting service provided by CNSO.Identify the need to refer to any discipline-specific treatment services needed.Ensure the design of a functional treatment program to provide an effective return to the patient's desired lifestyle and activitiesExpand the physical therapy patient base and referral base.Valued Attributes:
