This fifteen-year old, North American solutions provider, headquartered in St. Louis, recently partnered with Microsoft to develop and implement an exciting strategy for a specific industry space. Therefore, this candidate has the opportunity to embark on an exciting campaign to continue to develop Order Entry, Pricing, Inventory, Purchasing, E-Commerce and Warehouse management program using Microsoft Visual Studios environment. As a result of large demand, this Microsoft Partner is looking for immediate full-time, highly skilled .NET developers. Our objective will be accomplished through projects which are usually of considerable complexity and require a mastery of development tools. This energetic individual would also perform maintenance on existing software facets. Common technologies you will be dealing with are C#, React, Xamarin, Microsoft SQL Server, E-Connect, ASP.Net, SQLite, MVC, and Infragistics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Team Lead/Architect/Senior Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience within information technology. Full system life cycle experience: design, coding, testing, bug fixing, deployment, technical documentation, support and maintenance.Strong technical abilities in creating database-enabled Internet/Intranet applications using various languages and platforms.· Skilled in crafting efficient, standalone executables and middle-layer DLLs using .Net technologies and/or Microsoft tools set (such as E-Connect).
· Designs and writes programs according to functional and non-functional requirements based upon input from customers and team members
· Codes, tests and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software
· Debugs or resolves in a timely manner problems that arise with existing production applications to ensure the efficient and proper functioning of application components
Experienced in software project lifecycle management, technical training, relational database analysis, mentoring, design, coding, scripting, form, and report design (Crystal Reports), SSRS,Demonstrate excellent written & verbal communication skills, initiative, creativity, and teamwork, with strong desire to excel. Thrives on new technology and is very eager to lean.· Collaborates with technical staff to learn and understand software problems
· Provides general system users and management with system analysis and feedback
· Recommends future design and modification based upon marketing direction and functional needs of customer industry
· Mentors and coaches less experienced staff
· Maximizes the efficiency of the various software systems by implementing, monitoring, testing and auditing new software programs
· Follows established development, configuration/change methodologies and control processes
