The Operations Manager works collaboratively with their direct supervisor to manage the program and facility. The Facility Manager is responsible for managing the milieu staff and promoting a positive work culture within the program. The Operations Manager also takes responsibility for the physical facility and condition of the milieu to ensure the treatment spaces are safe, secure, and therapeutic. The Operations Manager collaborates with their direct supervisor and Operations to assure internal quality care, state licensing, and Joint Commission accreditation standards are met.
Responsibilities
Facilitates Community Meeting, weekly, and any other psychoeducational groups, as needed.Provides oversight of groups being led by milieu staff and assists as needed.Ensures adherence by the entire staff to the program schedule.Manages patient charts and completes audits in a timely manner.Responsible for the entire hiring process of milieu staff and trains all new milieu staff within their scope.Completes and/or ensures completion of monthly medical record reviews, ensuring compliance with the company Medical Record Review Policy. Provides feedback and retraining as indicated to address deficiencies identified in the monthly medical record reviews. Manages milieu employees’ schedules to ensure that all shifts are covered, and staff are not incurring overtime hours.Support and supervise milieu staff.Co-facilitates monthly employee trainings.Responsible for the maintenance of the facility and provides weekly feedback to the home office regarding any environment of care issues.Participates in a weekly on call rotation alternating with team members.This is a full-time position that will work Monday-Friday 11am-7pm.

Objectively and accurately documents patient progress on a daily basis.This is a part-time position that will work Friday 7-11am and Saturday 7am-3pm. Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-8pm unless schedule shifts are more supportive to programming needs.

ED Tech is responsible for contributing insightful, practical, and meaningful information to the treatment planning process. ED Tech responsibilities primarily include ensuring patient safety, providing milieu interventions, leading psychoeducational groups, and supporting patients.
Essential Job Functions
Supports patient during admission processes. This may include checking in patient belongings, acclimating patient to the program and milieu.Effectively and professionally communicates with families/loved ones, as appropriate.Assists and supports patients in day to day activities including, but not limited to: waking routines, morning hygiene, meals, nighttime routine, evening hygiene, bathroom observations, and free time.Provides milieu management throughout the treatment experience and communicates with all team members.Engages in brief “check ins” wherein patients are provided with support and guidance in using coping skills.Responsible for facilitating psychoeducational groups for the expected length of time identified in the program schedule. Objectively and accurately documents patient progress on a daily basis.This is a per diem position for Monday-Sunday AM/PM shifts

Responsibilities:
Meet with each patient on a weekly basis to implement and manage individualized dietary meal plans including conducting weekly calorie countsConduct Dietary Intake on admitComplete documentation on each client’s progress throughout the treatment experience, making sure that daily progress notes reflect the goals within the treatment planFacilitate Nutrition Groups that are appropriate to the adult and adolescent age groups.Implement one dietary treatment plan for each client within a week of admissionCommunicate with referring and/or outpatient treatment team throughout patients' treatment episodeOversight of Diet Techs to encourage supportive mealtimes and monitoring supplementationCollaborate with the Director of Dietary Services and the treatment team to ensure the best standard of nutrition and dietary services are occurringEnforce dietary program and advise clients appropriately on food choicesDemonstrate understanding of the medical consequences of eating disorders, the hazards of re-feeding and how to avoid complicationsAbility to implement specific dietary exchange patterns through knowledge of portion size and caloric recommendationsFacilitate family sessions and education; including therapeutic meals; as appropriateCommunication with medical doctor, as needed, regarding any medical problems that may require dietary intervention. Communication with psychiatrist where applicable.Registered dietitian remains appropriately accessible to family members, including weekly communication (phone, email or in person) with parents of adolescents.Participate in on-call rotation as needed (residential level of care only)This is a a part-time position that will work 3 days per week from 11am-7pm.

QualificationsBachelors Degree with appropriate emphasis and completed accredited dietetic internshipPreferred one year experience in dietary counseling.The Registered Dietitian must be fully registered/certified in the appropriate state, candidates who have completed their dietetic internship and are eligible to take the registration exam may be consideredMust have a thorough knowledge of nutrition and dietary interventions in the mental health field.
