EDI Operations Lead

Role Type: Full-Time
Position OverviewReporting to the Director of Business Applications, the EDI Operations Lead manages the day-to-day performance and reliability of the company’s EDI environment. This role manages the EDI support team, oversees transaction monitoring and issue resolution, and works with internal teams and trading partners to keep critical order, invoice, shipment, and inventory transactions running accurately and on time. The role also improves operational efficiency by reducing manual effort, increasing transaction accuracy, and maintaining strong support standards and documentation.
Requirements
4+ years of experience managing EDI operations within a business environment.Experience leading or managing a team supporting EDI operations or related business systems.Hands-on experience monitoring EDI order-to-cash transactions, resolving exceptions, and supporting uninterrupted transaction flow.Strong knowledge of EDI standards, common transaction sets, and transmission methods.Experience supporting EDI processes connected to modern ERPs such as NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, or Dynamics365Ability to identify root causes, improve operational efficiency, and work cross-functionally with business and IT teams.Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
