Hey all , we are looking to hire someone to fulfill a couple different roles.
1: Go on customer appointments and perform inspections on our clients homes and make recommendations for repair work on their home. For your first month , you will ride along with our lead estimator and learn the ropes with someone right by your side. You don’t necessarily need experience in our field. We can train you on the job!
2: Once the project is sold, spend time at the various jobsites and make sure our teams are performing to our company standards for workmanship. Be the point of reference for the homeowner and help guide our team so they can succeed at a high level. For this role , you will spend time with our company owner and team so you can learn the trade and how our craft works!
The ideal candidate can present well to the homeowner from a sales and marketing prospective as well as enjoy being out in the field with the construction teams a couple days a week developing those relationships and being available to help our teams succeed.
Candidate must be comfortable loading and unloading a ladder from a truck for home inspections. Physical tasks also include climbing a ladder up to 16ft high to inspect siding and getting on residential roofs for inspection
We perform projects in Dayton, Cincinnati , and Columbus.

Our company owner is in need of someone who can help assist him through his daily task in his professional and personal life. Some of the various daily tasks include the following ;
-Drive him to his client appointments in the areas we service. Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis. We have a new van that you would drive him in.
-Learn how to do some light sales work for our company so you can go on sales calls for us when needed. You would be asked to go on sales calls 1-3 days per week. Since you would be spending a lot of time with the company owner , he would take you on customer appoitments and teach you about our craft. You don’t need any experience in our field to learn. We can fully teach you as we go.
-Meet our various construction teams in the towns we work in and do some light project management as needed throughout the year.
-Help manage some of the company owners personal life and schedule as needed
Must have clean driving record, customer service oriented , and eager to learn about how our company serves our clients.
Main key personality attributes needed for the role ; Level headed , responsible , dependable.

Schedule :
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Flex time is available. Work 40hrs Monday through Thursday and you can take off Friday or work Friday for overtime
Tasks:
-Repair/replace exterior trim, flashings, gutters, windows. Looking for someone that has a lot of experience fixing and repairing a lot of different parts on a home.
-Manage the various teams we work alongside throughout the week and give a hand when needed
We ask any applicant be comfortable on tall ladders and not scared of heights. We work off of 24’ and 32’ ladders daily.
We are looking to hire someone that already has a minimum of two years experience in carpentry and is willing to increase their skillset by learning from our team of skilled carpenters.
This position requires you to drive to and work in these various cities. Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus. New company pickup truck is provided with company gas card.
