    Requirements
    Minimum 3 years + experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, Foreman, or equivalent supervisory role in New Home Construction A thorough knowledge of all trades Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives Ability to build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with our Trade Partners Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    What You’ll Do:

    As our Interior Design Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in design execution, space planning and project support. You’ll help turn established design concepts into clear, accurate plans that contractors and teams can confidently follow—and ensure projects are moving forward smoothly.

    You’ll help with:

    Space planning and interior layout development (commercial/office design)Drafting detailed plans in AutoCAD and/or Sketchup 3DSupporting the execution of interior design selections and conceptsCommunicating designs clearly through drawings and documentationCoordinating with multiple teams and leaders to keep projects moving forwardTracking details and ensuring accuracy, including installation & construction oversightFollowing through from concept handoff to completion
