    Senior Accounts Payable Analyst:

    The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the organization's financial operations by overseeing high-volume accounts payable activities across corporate and restaurant locations. This position combines strong analytical capabilities with operational execution to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor management, payment administration, and financial reporting. As a senior member of the Accounts Payable team, this individual serves as a trusted resource and leader, fostering collaboration across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and Restaurant Leadership. The ideal candidate leads by example, promotes a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and helps drive process excellence while supporting the continued growth and scalability of the business.

    What You’ll Do:

    · Process, review, and validate high-volume accounts payable transactions in accordance with company policies and established controls.

    · Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies to ensure all liabilities are accurately recorded.

    · Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments across corporate and restaurant operations.

    · Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by preparing accruals, reconciliations, and AP-related analyses.

    · Monitor AP workflows to ensure invoices move efficiently through approval channels and payment cycles.

    · Manage vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers.

    · Analyze aging reports, payment trends, and vendor balances to identify risks and opportunities.

    · Manage Accounts Payable inbox, forwarding invoices received to the appropriate party for approval, and answering vendor inquiries

    · Research aged payments and reconcile with AP Manager to issue stop payment and reissues as needed

    · Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring accuracy in contact details, payment terms, and tax information

    · 1099 compliance across a large vendor population, including collection and maintenance of W-9

    · Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies.

    · Participate in special projects related to business growth, system implementations, acquisitions, and process optimization.

    The Qualifications:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    · At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles

    · Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, accrual accounting, month-end close activities, and financial controls.

    · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.

    · Experience working with ERP systems and AP automation platforms (NetSuite, Concur, Ottimate, or similar).

    · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.

    · Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

    · Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

    · This is a hybrid position and must come into the office 3 days a week.

    The FP&A Manager will lead G&A and headcount planning & analysis—serving as a strategic partner to business leaders and helping drive performance through data, insights, and financial rigor.     CAVA is looking for a lead data scientist that will help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, help us make smarter decisions, improve productivity and deliver even better guest experiences.  To help CAVA establish scalable AI/ML practices and utilization, your focus will be in applying data mining techniques, performing statistical modeling and analysis, machine learning, and building high quality prediction systems integrated with our platforms and applications.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, with expertise in leveraging Databricks and open source tools to drive actionable insights, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences.

    What You’ll Do:

    The Role

    The Director of Operations Innovation sits within Ops Services and is responsible for translating culinary vision into scalable restaurant execution.

    Partnering closely with the Culinary team (who owns ideation), this role ensures new menu items are operationally sound, executable at volume, and ready for system-wide rollout. You will lead the testing and validation process—proving concepts in real restaurant environments before they scale across the system.

    This role is accountable for ensuring innovation works on the line, during peak, with real teams—balancing guest experience, throughput, labor, and food quality.

    What You’ll Do Lead Operational Testing & Validation

    - Design and execute ops tests (6–8 restaurants) to validate in-store execution

    - Scale successful items into market tests (20–40 restaurants) to assess performance at volume

    - Define clear success metrics across incidence, labor, food cost, and guest experience

    Translate Culinary Vision into Execution

    - Partner with Culinary to convert concepts into simple, repeatable builds and prep systems

    Senior Financial Analyst:

    The Qualifications:

    Education & Experience

    • 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, consulting, operations analytics, or a related analytical role.

    • Experience supporting restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other multi-unit operations is strongly preferred.

    • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting.

    Financial & Operational Skills

    • Strong understanding of P&L drivers, controllable expenses, accruals, prepaids, expense recognition, and operational cost management.

    • Ability to connect financial movement to operational behavior and explain results clearly to non-finance partners.

    • Comfort working through ambiguity during planning cycles, especially when assumptions, ownership, or actuals need to be reconciled quickly.

    Technical Skills
