We’re hiring! Catapult Health is looking for Nurse Practitioners to provide preventive health assessments via telehealth from our Dallas office.
Key Requirements:
Bilingual – English/Spanish OR Licensed in multiple states as an APRN
Current TX RN license (Compact license required)
Current TX APRN license (unencumbered)
Licensed in 3+ states (willing to expand 3–5 more quickly)
National certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP
Minimum 1 year NP experience (Primary Care/Internal Medicine)
Availability 20+ hours/week, flexible shifts
Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct private preventive assessments via video consultations
Educate and counsel patients on diabetes, heart attack, stroke, and depression risk
Document all consultations in Catapult’s EMR
Provide individualized action plans and referrals
