We are hiring a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (English/Spanish) for a PRN telehealth preventive care role in Dallas (Addison area).
In this role, you will conduct virtual preventive health consultations focused on early identification and education around:
Diabetes riskHeart disease preventionStroke preventionDepression screeningYou will deliver structured, patient-centered care using a telehealth platform and proprietary EMR system, helping patients understand their health risks and take action through individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telehealth preventive health assessmentsProvide clinical education on chronic disease risk (AHA/ACC guidelines)Create individualized patient action plansPerform depression screening and referralsDocument patient encounters in EMR systemSupport patients in engaging with employer health resourcesDeliver high-quality, empathetic virtual patient consultationsRequirements
Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)Active TX APRN licenseActive RN Compact license eligibility requiredNational certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANPMinimum 1 year Nurse Practitioner experience (Primary Care or Internal Medicine preferred)Willingness to obtain 3–5 additional state licensesStrong communication + multitasking + EMR skillsComfortable with telehealth/video-based care deliverySchedule

Overview
We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ANP) to deliver telehealth preventive care consultations from our Dallas (Addison area) clinical office.
This role focuses on helping patients understand and reduce their risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and depression through structured virtual health assessments and individualized care planning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telehealth preventive health assessments via secure video platformEvaluate patient risk for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and strokeProvide education aligned with AHA/ACC clinical guidelinesDevelop individualized patient action plans based on resultsPerform depression screening and referrals as neededDocument all encounters in a proprietary EMR systemEngage patients in collaborative, patient-centered health planningDeliver clear, conversational virtual consultationsRequirements
Active, unrestricted Texas APRN license (required)Must currently hold APRN licensure in Texas AND at least 3 additional U.S. states (multi-state licensed required)National certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANPMinimum 1 year Nurse Practitioner experience (Primary Care or Internal Medicine preferred)Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed (3–5 more states)Strong EMR, computer, and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and patient engagement skillsAbility to perform telehealth visits in a fast-paced environmentSchedule
