Job Summary
The Certified Phlebotomist/X-ray Tech, under general supervision, performs various patient care duties and laboratory/X-Ray procedures. Role and Responsibilities
Work as a team or independently with other phlebotomists and clinical support staff to ensure patients are processed in a timely manner and according to the organization's protocol and procedures.Prepare patients for X-rays and laboratory procedures. Verify patient identity and ensure all orders match the lab orders from EMR before the procedure begins.Ensure a high degree of service excellence is practiced with each patient.Monitor patients before, during, and after the procedure for safety and prevention of fainting.Complete blood draws as efficiently as possible. Collect specimens in the proper container based on the test that was ordered and follow the proper order of draw.Educate patients and families regarding the procedure.Label all samples with at least two unique identifiers and process the sample according to lab procedures.Follow universal precautions to protect self and patients.Stock procedure rooms with supplies.Manage CLIA Waived Point of Care Testing, including QC, proper specimen handling, and processing according to manufacturer's instructions.Take responsibility for lab equipment cleaning, quality control, and sterilization in accordance with OSHA and CLIA guidelines.Promote and believe in providing quality healthcare services and education to the community in a convenient and compassionate manner.May perform other duties as assigned.Accountabilities
Follow organization and OSHA safety rules and procedures.Uphold HIPAA/PHI regulations.Be punctual and dependable for assigned shifts.Sit, stand, walk, and/or move up to 8 hours per day.Lift up to 25 pounds.Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Highly organized, proactive, attention to details.Phlebotomy certification required.NCT certification required. Laboratory specimen handling and processing experience required.Knowledge of CLIA Waiver requirements preferred.CPR certification preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Experience

The Practice Administrator I generally oversees operations for clinic(s) with 8 or less physicians plus consideration for complexity of clinical operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Direct day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, clinic flow, and patient servicesMonitor clinic financials including budgets, billing, A/R, and cost controlsLead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff developmentEnsure all staff meet quality, safety, and training standardsCollaborate with physicians and corporate leadership to meet operational goalsOversee compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirementsResolve escalated patient concerns and drive service excellenceSupport implementation of new programs, technologies, and process improvementsMinimum Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with 2 years in a leadership roleKnowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and patient experience standardsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsExperience using EMR and practice management systemPreferred Experience
