    Cook Responsibilities:

    Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members to provide fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests. Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service. Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements. Review planned meals and take note of special diet requests. Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices. Follow and understand diet restrictions and modifications. Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.

    Cook Qualifications:

    1-2 years of commercial cooking experience required! Strong communication and hospitality skills to interact with residents and staff. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Team player willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.     Shifts Available: 
    Evening: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Part-Time)
    Night: 10:00pm to 6:00am (Part-Time)
    Eve/Night Combination: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm & 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (Full-Time)

    Bonus:  $5,000 (Full-Time); $2,500 (Part-Time)

    Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

    Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary.Performs additional duties as required.Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:Must have a current Iowa LPN license and be in good standing.
