Develop your talents
By applying your expertise within our facility in Rochester, as the CDL A Driver:
* Operate a Roll-Off truck on local routes
* Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers safely
* Transport recyclable materials to regional facilities
* Perform loading/unloading and secure containers properly
* Complete required paperwork and maintain DOT compliance
* Provide professional, customer-focused service
* Communicate regularly with dispatch and management

* Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record
* Roll-off experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
* Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
* Comfortable working in all weather conditions
* Flexibility for day/evening shifts, with occasional Saturdays/holidays
