    HOW YOU'LL FIT

    You’ll form new client relationships and close deals to meet and exceed your revenue targets. You’ll bring sharp focus to growth within your assigned focus area, making the right contacts, understanding sales cycles and speaking the industry language. You’ll also tend

    client relationships to aid retention. You’ll take care to record all relevant client activity within the CRM understanding that data supports better decision making. You’ll be a hunter who knows their numbers, who knows where you are against expectations and can speak to market conditions that impact them. You will champion Carvertise values every day!


    COMPENSATION

    Compensation will be comprised of $50,000 base salary plus high earnings potential via uncapped sales commissions. Flexibility for higher salary guarantee anticipated during the first 6 months while sales momentum builds.


    FOCUS AREAS BEING RECRUITED:

    Pacific Regional Sales

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Achieves billing and closed business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Develops strategies alongside management to maximize revenue performance and address shortfalls; retains and grows repeat business.Achieves target activity goals and other relevant metrics that are key to generating the expected revenue.Performs activities that develop high-potential self-gen leads; responds to all provided in-bound leads timely.Develops expertise in assigned territory/vertical to set strategies and maximize growth.Leverages trade shows and industry event participation to deepen business penetration in assigned territory, focus area and/or vertical category.Leads impactful weekly 1:1’s with manager to report status of business, current activity, pending deals, and customer strategy; provides/receives feedback.Utilizes CRM to manage prospect flow through pipeline, records all relevant activities to maximize availability of data to drive learnings; forecasts pending activity.Develops customized product proposals based on client needs analysis and articulates merits of solutions offered; understands pricing and articulates value.Performs other projects and duties as requested, assigned and/or needed.


    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    BA/BS in business, marketing or a similar discipline preferred.Minimum 2-4 years demonstrated selling experience; OOH/marketing and/or selling in designated vertical preferred, if specified.Must have demonstrable experience meeting/exceeding revenue expectations.

    SALES DIRECTOR - TEAM LEAD - TOURISM VERTICAL


    HOW YOU FIT

    In this player/coach style role, you’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual and team targets in the tourism vertical. You’ll guide and support a team of Tourism AE’s, providing effective coaching and feedback to help them win. You’ll be an obstacle remover who helps the team overcome objections and design proposals that drive client needs. You’ll bring sharp focus to growth within this sector, making the right contacts, understanding sales cycles and speaking the relevant industry language. You’ll attend tourism conferences to nurture relationships and maximize selling opportunities. You’ll also tend key client relationships to aid retention. You’ll take care to record all relevant client activity within the CRM understanding that data supports better decision making. You will champion Carvertise values every day.


    COMPENSATION

    Base salary up to $100,000; projected OTE of $250,000.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Primary Responsibilities:

Develops departmental strategies to maximize revenue performance and address shortfalls; retains and grows repeat business.Provides leadership to Tourism AE’s to offer support while driving accountability.Performs impactful 1:1’s with the team to coach, develop and grow the individual and their book; gives/receives feedback.Achieves target activity goals and other relevant metrics that are key to generating the expected revenue.Performs activities that develop high-potential self-gen leads; responds to all provided in-bound leads timely.Develops strong relationships across the company to ensure departmental intersections remain healthy and we secure collective wins.Leverages trade show and industry event participation to deepen business penetration in assigned vertical category; shapes client/prospect impressions and perception.Utilizes CRM and holds team accountability to do the same in order to manage prospect flow through pipeline, records all relevant activities to maximize availability of data to drive learnings.Develops customized product proposals based on client needs analysis and articulates merits of solutions offered; understands pricing and articulates value.Performs other projects and duties as requested, assigned and/or needed.


    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    BA/BS in business, marketing or a similar discipline preferred. Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets through individual and collective efforts is required. Minimum 5 years selling experience with minimum 2 years as team lead. OOH/marketing, tourism marketing, and/or selling in designated vertical preferred.

    You will operate the equipment and perform all necessary production tasks which bring our vehicle wraps to life. You will use your eye for quality and details to ensure production work is to spec and meets high department standards. You will propagate Carvertise culture through your hustle, proficiency and outcomes.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Primary Role Responsibilities Include:

    Performs machine setup and operation to generate vehicle wraps to specification for installation and/or shipment

    Communicates effectively with leadership to ensure quality control measures are in place and issues/concerns receive escalation and appropriate urgency

    Works efficiently and effectively to ensure production milestones are met; communicates status, particularly any hiccups or shortfalls needing to be addressed

    Utilizes variety of materials appropriately and precisely while applying proper installation techniques to each medium Operates print and peripheral equipment and tools to properly and precisely cut, weed, mask, and install vinyl lettering.

    Performs full laminator operation to include loading, unloading, and basic maintenance

    Performs full cutter/plotter operation to include loading, unloading, and basic maintenance

    Performs vinyl weeding with care and precision avoiding error

    Handles wrap kitting and boxing according to specifications and protocols in place

    Prepares packages for shipping to ensure timely arrival, to include accurate labeling, carrier contact as needed and proper pickup coordination

    Packs finished product efficiently; prepares packages for shipping to ensure timely arrival; labels accurately

    Provides on-the-job training to support skills development and competency of team members

    Supports all job and department process improvement initiatives to include finding and recommending ways to perform work more efficiently and effectively, drafting/updating procedures, etc.

    Performs special duties or projects as assigned by department or company leadership

    ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    May be asked to install and/or deinstall vehicle graphics and/or wraps onto/from vehicle surfaces including, but not limited to, full and partial wraps, window perforation, and interior and exterior wall surfaces or substrates

    May be tasked with ensuring all wrap installations or removals are performed methodically and to specification without error or resultant vehicle damage

    Embodies Carvertise culture through hustle, proficiency, results, interactions and communication; appreciates and recognizes excellence.

    Safely uses/operates industrial production equipment and peripheral/industry standard tools and equipment, including but not limited to knives, magnets, and squeegees

    Performs work to promote both individual and team personal safety, to include employing proper body mechanics for lifting, co-lifting, bending, stretching, etc.

    Maintains a clean, neat, orderly and safe working environment

    Complies with all Carvertise policies and procedures and any federal/state regulations which may apply

    Strengthens the company and department through process improvement and self-betterment.

    Supports a variety of company processes to include onboarding and hiring, job shadowing and interviewing as needed


    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior print production experience may be helpful. Experience with vinyl application/production or a similar discipline may be preferred. Minimum 2 years prior graphic shop experience, preferably in vehicle decal installation environment preferred. .
