This part-time, live-in position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve while enjoying a supportive work culture.

    Responsibilities:
    Assist in daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.Supervise and support caregivers to ensure high-quality care and adherence to care plans.Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, promoting their comfort and well-being.Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs.Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.Document resident progress and any changes in health status accurately and promptly.Help organize recreational activities to promote social engagement among residents.Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies in all caregiving tasks.
    Requirements:

    Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare support roles is preferred.Valid CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor towards residents.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a home-like setting.Must be patient, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving is a plus.Background check clearance required for all employees.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
