Automotive Deal Processor
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Deal Processor for a high-volume, multi-franchise dealership. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Administration/Accounting environment.
What We’re Looking For
Prior automotive deal processing experience preferredExperience working in a dealership accounting or administrative roleDependable, organized, and team-orientedComfortable handling confidential financial informationCandidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of automotive deal processing experience, along with prior dealership accounting or administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process automotive deals accurately and in a timely mannerReview deals for accuracy, completeness, and complianceMaintain complete and organized deal jacketsEnter, verify, and audit deal data in CDKWork closely with Sales, Accounting, and Office Management teamsManage a high volume of deals while meeting daily and monthly deadlinesAbility to successfully pass backgrounds and drug screeningRequired Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in CDK Dealer Management SystemStrong Excel skills, including data entry, tracking, and basic reportingAccounting knowledge, including understanding of debits, credits, and dealership accounting workflowsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently in a high-volume environmentCertifications / Licenses
