    Account Manager Carrier Controls designs, develops, and manufactures control solutions for the HVAC, refrigeration, and related markets globally. Carrier is seeking an Account Manager to be based in Kennesaw, GA. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing all facets of the customer relationship to drive world class customer satisfaction within the Transport business segment. They will promote Carrier Controls capability to increase revenue and market share, support segment needs for quality, delivery, quoting, and new business opportunities. They will also drive and monitor actions within cross functional business teams. The available opportunity is a critical and comprehensive role within Carrier's fast-paced and growing Global Transport controls market. It requires a self-directed leader for achieving and exceeding product and business growth targets while simultaneously driving improved quality, delivery, demand planning and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Customer Satisfaction Hold regular customer status reviews via zoom and factory visits. Drive customer satisfaction to an extremely satisfied level. Maintain customer dashboards, action registers and track customer initiatives. Quality Work with customer factories to ensure products are meeting quality expectations. Define project requirements, priorities and provide overall direction to help coordinate initiatives being led by quality engineers. Delivery Review customer factories monthly on time delivery reports and work with Carrier Controls customer service and Logistics department to achieve 100% OTD. Work with customer service, manufacturing, and sourcing to expedite customer pull-ins or problem shipments. Forecasting Work with customer accounts monthly to generate an accurate 18 month rolling forecast and reconcile forecast accuracy. Provide market intelligence for each business area to support monthly forecast adjustments Work with customers to understand and manage their demand under Carrier's SIOP demand management policy. Quoting Work with the product manager to determine customer pricing. Generate quote letters for product updates and new product introductions. Review and update product transition plans with Customer Service and the demand planning team. New Business Identify new business opportunities and support the product manager developing Business Opportunity Proposals and engineering development plans. Identify opportunities to grow segment sales year over year. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years experience engineering, product management or business development 25% travel including international Preferred Qualifications Industrial manufacturer, HVAC or Controls industry experience Leadership effectiveness across departments and functions Development and execution of product strategies for global customers Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements. This position is responsible for assisting with scheduling of equipment maintenance, repair, and quality control, as well as shipping and receiving with respect to the rental equipment fleet. Key Responsibilities Schedule preventive maintenance with the Lead Tech(s) and Depot Manager. Coordinating freight or logistic between freight brokers and our customers Load and unload equipment in the yard. Inspect equipment leaving the yard (verify tagging status). Verify proper bill of lading prior to equipment leaving the yard. Verify equipment returning to the yard matches the original bill of lading. Preferred Qualifications: Experience and/or certification in BACnet; or LEED certification. PMP certification or working towards PMP Certification.
