    Essential Functions:
    Provide a final technical review on tax returns and documents for the majority of client base Research tax issues and resolutions/recommendations for those issues Stay abreast of developments and changes in tax law and accounting procedures Direct, coordinate, schedule and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, coordinating and interfacing with clients to ensure all deadlines are met Communicate and interface with clients to ensure the clients' best interests are achieved Direct and support subordinates' activities to achieve objectives and set budgets by providing necessary resources and creating an enjoyable work environment to ensure quality and high performance Facilitate the monitoring of the quality of our product and the performance of our personnel Assign, track and manage tasks/projects that are sent to staff/supervisors to prepare Take an active role in developing staff and supervisors Continually build and nurture an internal and external network and leverage effective relationships to develop new business opportunities Manage and oversee real-time and monthly billing functions and collections, and monitor additions to WIP, aging and write-downs Facilitate and participate in "in-house" CPE and training activities
    Qualifications:
    CPA Certification is preferred Minimum 10 years of public accounting experience Demonstrated leadership ability Well-developed decision-making skills and initiative to make those decisions Work calmly and effectively under pressure Prioritize a heavy work load and remain organized

    Essential Functions:
    Preparation of complex tax returns (individual, corporate and partnership returns) Ability to analyze tax issues and come to conclusions. Prepare quarterly and year-end estimates to assist clients with tax planning Perform diversified accounting, auditing and tax assignments under the direction of a supervisor, manager or partner Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality and application of professional and firm standards Meet time constraints and client deadlines Possess technical knowledge sufficient to assist staff associates Begin acquiring the skills necessary to develop quality client relationship and loyalty Participate in firm training courses to further develop technical skills Provide excellent client service by producing quality work, quick turnaround and attentive service Become proficient at tax research including a knowledge of the reference sources available to the firm
    Qualifications:
    Meets all requirements to sit for CPA exam Those possessing CPA certification will be given preference 4+ years of public accounting, demonstrating a progression in complexity of tax returns Excellent oral/written communication skills Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure Ability to prioritize a heavy work load and remain organized Ability to work well in a team environment

    Essential Functions:
    Help secure new clients and new revenue streams for the firm and develop strong, collaborative relationships with Partners and Managers. BDEs must be skilled at identifying and gaining entrance to new opportunities while cultivating relationships within the C-Suite. A BDE must be skilled at needs assessments, developing pursuit plans, presenting solutions, coordinating proposal opportunities and assisting in the negotiation and closure of opportunities. A secondary role of a BDE is to increase the sales effectiveness of our Partners and Managers by keeping them focused on the next steps of the sales process.
    Qualifications:
    ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED. RELOCATION IS NOT AVAILABLE. Must be proficient in lead generation - social media, referrals and networking, proposal development, and other proven lead generation methods Strong conceptual selling skills combined with a demonstrated success in selling professional services to businesses (10+ years of experience) and excellent knowledge of your geographical market. Ability to connect and interact with a wide range of personality types. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organized/detail-oriented. Positive attitude/high energy level. Maintain professional composure in a challenging role. High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
