Program Manager – Operational and Technical Readiness Principal Purpose of Position: The Program Manager – Operational and Technical Readiness oversees and manages a collection of interconnected projects, ensuring that all the operational, technical, planning and quality elements are in place for the start-up of larger scale capital projects thus ensuring a rapid start to return on investment for the project(s). This role involves strategic planning, resource management, risk management, and ensuring that all efforts within the program meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
