What You'll Do: Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction handoff through project completion Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution Partner closely with field teams, clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners to drive successful project outcomes Monitor project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and progress billings Facilitate project meetings and proactively manage risk, schedule, and performance Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Oversee project closeout activities, punch lists, and final documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors What We're Looking For: Experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and successfully deliver projects from start to finish Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and contract administration Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to build long-term relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, and related construction technology platforms Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
