Core Duties & Responsibilities
Seeking Technician — The primary duties involve all tasks associated with the overall completion of restoration projects. The following skills and tasks are core to the position:
Water Extraction and initial mitigation tasks.
Cleaning structures damaged by water, fire, mold, and other causes, including detailed cleaning, HEPA vacuuming, and odor control.
Removing and replacing damaged materials, such as wallboard, lumber, insulation, and carpet.
Placing, monitoring, and removing restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers, etc.).
Job documentation, including photos, moisture readings, and digital notes.
Adhering to safety standards and PPE requirements on every job.
Supporting mold remediation tasks such as containment setup, demolition, and sanitation.
Participating in on‐call rotation for after‐hours emergency response.
Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, working condition.
Communicating professionally with customers, property managers, and team members.
Training & Growth
If updated certifications are needed, the company provides internal and external training, including cross‐training opportunities. As a valued team member, you will grow over time with increasing productivity, skill development, and the ability to support and strengthen the remediation team and company culture.
Qualifications
Experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or maintenance preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, confined areas, and various environmental conditions.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to use mobile apps for job documentation.
IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD) are a plus.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday with rotating on‐call evenings/weekends.

The Lead Carpet Technician is responsible for overseeing carpet cleaning and restoration services, ensuring high-quality workmanship, efficient job execution, and excellent customer service. This role serves as the on-site leader for carpet projects, supporting technicians, maintaining equipment, and upholding company standards, safety protocols, and brand professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and perform residential and commercial carpet cleaning and restoration servicesSupervise and support carpet technicians on job sitesEnsure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standardsCommunicate clearly with customers regarding services, expectations, and care instructionsSet up, operate, and maintain truck mounts and portable carpet cleaning equipmentPerform pre-inspections and post-job walk-throughs with customersIdentify carpet types, fibers, stains, and appropriate cleaning methodsMonitor chemical usage and ensure proper mixing and applicationMaintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, tools, and equipmentEnforce safety procedures and proper use of PPETrain and mentor new and existing techniciansReport job issues, equipment concerns, or customer feedback to managementComplete job documentation, photos, and required paperwork accuratelyRepresent the company professionally at all timesUpsell services
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of carpet cleaning or restoration experiencePrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of carpet fibers, cleaning methods, and stain treatmentAbility to operate truck-mounted and portable extraction systemsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the dayStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
