Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair a variety of farm machinery, including tractors, forage harvesters, combines, hay equipment and other heavy equipment using schematics and OEM manuals.Perform troubleshooting, diagnostic, and technical repairs.Document all service work thoroughly using detailed schematics and maintenance logs to ensure compliance with safety standards and OEM specifications.Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring timely turnaround for all service requests.
What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a mechanic or technician, specifically with agricultural, heavy construction, or diesel equipment.
Strong working knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and modern diagnostic software.A self-starter who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.Someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment.A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Read Less
