CDL Driver – 2 Car Hauler
Location: Carlock Motorcars Nashville (Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Maserati & Rolls-Royce of Nashville)
Compensation: $48,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience
Position Overview:
Carlock Motorcars Nashville is seeking a highly experienced and professional CDL Driver to operate a 2 car hauler utilizing a pickup and trailer setup. This role is entrusted with the transport of high value exotic and ultra luxury vehicles and requires a driver who understands both precision and presentation. You will represent the dealership in the field while ensuring every vehicle is handled with the highest level of care.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Weekend work is rare and scheduled in advance
- Typical work weeks range from 40 to 60+ hours, depending on routes and volume

Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely transport vehicles using a pickup and 2 car trailer to and from dealerships, client residences, auctions, and events
- Load, secure, and unload vehicles with a high level of precision and care appropriate for exotic inventory
- Perform thorough pre trip and post trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Plan and execute routes efficiently while maintaining delivery timelines
- Maintain consistent communication with management regarding scheduling and delivery status
- Complete all transport documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Represent Carlock Motorcars professionally in all client and partner interactions
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL required
- Proven experience operating a car hauler required
- Experience with pickup and trailer setups strongly preferred
- Clean driving record with a strong safety history
- Demonstrated ability to handle high value vehicles with attention to detail
- Self motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight stays
