Responsibilities Include:
Provide quality and consistent care, according to Core Values and SOPs for patient care.Run pregnancy and STD tests as needed. Provide STD treatment according to protocol by preparing and dispensing medication. Take a basic health history and give information according to the nursing script. Provide limited OB ultrasounds according to the Clinic’s protocol. Provide pregnancy options consultations and guide patients through a spiritual assessment.Close out the patient at the end of the appointment, giving information and providing a copy of the Next Step form. Determine what the next step for the patient will be, according to the patient process, seeking guidance from Manager if needed.Manage follow-up protocols with patients to ensure continuity of care and cultivate relationships.Manage difficult conversations with patients and guests with grace, facilitating favorable outcomes.Maintain professionalism when communicating with outside agencies on behalf of a patient or the clinic.Participate in Quality Assurance process.Adhere to all Policies and Procedures as applicable.Mandatory observation with Ultrasound training on a yearly basis.
