    About the Role:

A movement of purpose, compassion, and action calling you to stand for life and make an impact.  Help women in who are considering or pursuing abortion to reorient their lives toward God and toward their children by providing them with medical services, pregnancy and abortion education, and pregnancy decision coaching.


    Responsibilities Include:

    Provide quality and consistent care, according to Core Values and SOPs for patient care.Run pregnancy and STD tests as needed.  Provide STD treatment according to protocol by preparing and dispensing medication. Take a basic health history and give information according to the nursing script. Provide limited OB ultrasounds according to the Clinic’s protocol. Provide pregnancy options consultations and guide patients through a spiritual assessment.Close out the patient at the end of the appointment, giving information and providing a copy of the Next Step form. Determine what the next step for the patient will be, according to the patient process, seeking guidance from Manager if needed.Manage follow-up protocols with patients to ensure continuity of care and cultivate relationships.Manage difficult conversations with patients and guests with grace, facilitating favorable outcomes.Maintain professionalism when communicating with outside agencies on behalf of a patient or the clinic.Participate in Quality Assurance process.Adhere to all Policies and Procedures as applicable.Mandatory observation with Ultrasound training on a yearly basis. Actively pray for patients and other team members.Learn to communicate organization’s mission as well as identify and celebrate Core Values whenever they are demonstrated.Seek personal and professional growth and learn to train others in the nurse sonographer role.Perform additional duties as requested.

    About the Role:

A movement of purpose, compassion, and action calling you to stand for life and make an impact.   As an OB Sonographer, you will provide expert ultrasound imaging, in-clinic patient care. Your primary duties include setting up the ultrasound equipment, carrying out ultrasound tests and producing prints of ultrasound images. Your role is essential in confirming pregnancies, providing critical medical insights, and ensuring high-quality ultrasound standards. 


    Responsibilities Include: 

    Perform pregnancy confirmations, including pregnancy testing, ultrasound, STI testing, patient education, options consultation, spiritual assessments, community referrals, and follow-up. Serve as clinical staff on-site, making ultrasound-related medical decisions and escalating issues as necessary. Utilize ultrasound equipment and EHR systems, maintain a clean, safe clinical environment, and assist with inventory management. Participate in quality assurance, chart audits, pregnancy test controls, and adherence to clinical policies and ultrasound protocols. Coordinate STD testing and results with the CDD, County Health Department, and third-party healthcare providers. Perform additional duties as requested

    Strong ultrasound imaging skills with an ability to provide clear, compassionate patient communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and ultrasound technology. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
