    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are a small office seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office worker who has prior Bookkeeper experience and office administrative experience and skills to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, experience in administrative duties, and be a team player. This role involves bookkeeping, and various administrative tasks. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where efficiency and professionalism are valued.

    Responsibilities

    Bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooksMaintaining client deposits, tallying statementsSupport office management activities, including filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office suppliesPerform data entry and maintain accurate records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Word and Google.Create and convert documents as required.Handle clerical duties such as copying, scanning, opening and closing files, maintaining organized filing systems, Develop, update, and maintain relevant office proceduresHelp with products sourcing and vendor qualificationSupport special projects as needed to improve office efficiency and productivity.Provide help with shipping by getting shipments ready at the office and at the warehouse.Qualifications

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF)Experience with QuickBooks,Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracyHighly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projectsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette and friendly demeanor.Technical proficiency in office productivity tools and data entry processesAbility to handle confidential information discreetly and professionallyThis role is essential for maintaining efficient office workflows and maintaining office bookkeeping.     This is a full-time, on-site job and is available immediately. Salary is commensurate with experience.

    Who are you?


    The primary purpose of the Sales Representative is to meet sales goals and build profitable sales, primarily by phone, employing a consultative sales approach within an assigned territory. Develops and maintains a long-term partnership with customers by using industry expertise. Evaluates needs and opportunities within customer accounts and negotiates effectively to overcome obstacles and gain customer commitment. Gains team advantages and opportunity momentum by observing and orienting prior to making decisions and acting on problem solving and solutions development. To be successful in the role, you will need to be a self-starter with a positive approach and a passion for great customer service. You will be proactive, confident and have negotiation skills that are second to none. You will be responsible for growing the business and spotting new opportunities. You will be highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are looking to join a successful, growing company in an innovative business sector.

    You need to have: A warm, personable, and trustworthy approach; great attention to detail; the ability to prioritize your workload and effectively manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers. Customer interaction will predominately be at the customers place of work so efficient territory management and highly developed customer-facing skills are essential.

    Education: Bachelors (Required)

    Experience: Business development: 2-3 years

    Beauty or chemical background preferred

    Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    Valid Drivers License
