Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all body shop operations, including scheduling weekly tasks for production workers, optimizing productivity, and ensuring availability of required parts for jobs.Implement strict quality control measures, inspecting and approving all completed jobs personally, and maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.Prepare accurate estimates for repairs in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring proper documentation of all jobs and payments received.Accurately track, manage, and report body shop payroll.Oversee the maintenance and repair of company facilities and equipment, maintaining a comprehensive maintenance schedule.Maintain effective communication with all company personnel, utilizing electronic communication systems according to company requirements.
