    Position Title:Systems and Network Administrator/Infrastructure Architect

    Department:Operations / Quality Assurance Reports To:President & COO Status: Full-Time Job Level: E5

    Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experiencedSystems and Network Administratorwith a strong background ininfrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, and automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant IT environments across diverse sectors including healthcare, transportation, and enterprise data centers.

    Essential Duties:
    Architect and implement hybrid infrastructure solutions usingAWS, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and other virtualization platforms.Design and maintain secure and high-performance networks (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN) using protocols such asBGP, OSPF, MPLS.Lead cloud migration initiatives and ensure seamless integration with on-premises systems.Administer enterprise systems includingActive Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Citrix, and Linux/Windows servers.Develop and maintain automation scripts usingPowerShell, Bash, Python, and other tools to streamline operations.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such asHIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC, and internal security policies.Provide Level 3 support and act as the final escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.Collaborate with development teams to support deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.Manage disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and system documentation.Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.10+ years of experience in systems and network administration, with at least 5 years in infrastructure architecture roles.Hands-on experience withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V), and enterprise networking.Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, MFA, VPNs).Familiarity with compliance frameworks:HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CSF, ISO/IEC.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    Certifications such asCCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, CISSP, VMware VCP.Experience in healthcare or transportation IT environments.Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).Work Environment:

    Position Title:QA / Field Services Specialist Medical Workstations

    Role Summary: The QA / Field Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and proper functionality of our medical workstation systems throughout their lifecycle from incoming material inspection to final installation and customer/field services support. This position plays a key role in maintaining product integrity, coordinating with sourcing and operations teams, providing technical training to end users, and supporting warranty and service activities in the field.

    Essential Duties:
    Inspect received materials, parts, and components in coordination with the Procurement Specialist to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.Oversee proper storage, handling, and staging of materials prior to workstation assembly and delivery.Collaborate with the Sourcing and Production teams to address supplier or material-related concerns.Document and report inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions.Assembly and delivery of workstations per sales request at customers sites (or in Dayton HQ).Main point of services for field services requests and warranty.Assemble medical workstations either on-site at customer facilities or pre-assemble units at the company facility as required.Ensure all assemblies meet company standards, safety requirements, and performance expectations.Perform functional tests and final verification prior to customer delivery and handoff.Provide training to end users and client staff on the proper use, care, troubleshooting and maintenance of workstation systems.Teach troubleshooting procedures and best practices for maintaining system performance and reliability.Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation as needed.Respond to technical service requests, perform diagnostics, and implement solutions for product-related issues.Coordinate and execute warranty service activities in accordance with company policy.Document service visits, repairs, and resolutions in the service management system.Provide feedback to design, engineering, and production teams to enhance product quality and field performance.Support process improvement initiatives related to QA, assembly, sourcing, and service delivery.
    Qualifications:
