    We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Bilingual Scheduling & Logistics Supervisor to join our growing home healthcare team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Development, this position is responsible for coordinating and supervising the scheduling of qualified Personal Care Workers (PCWs/Caregivers) for new and existing clients while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with Wisconsin home healthcare regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Supervise and support the daily operations of the Scheduling Department.Oversee caregiver scheduling by matching qualifications, availability, and client needs.Review and manage schedule changes, staffing shortages, and urgent coverage needs.Ensure compliance with Wisconsin Home Healthcare and Medicaid requirements.Monitor approved client service hours and scheduling accuracy.Oversee accurate scheduling data for payroll and billing processing.Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership to resolve staffing and caregiver issues.Train, coach, and support Scheduling Coordinators to ensure efficient operations.Maintain accurate records and prepare scheduling reports as needed.Promote excellent customer service while building positive relationships with clients and caregivers.Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of two (2) years of office management or healthcare administrative experience.At least one (1) year of staffing, scheduling, or recruiting experience.Experience in home healthcare, healthcare staffing, or customer service is strongly preferred.

    Required Skills

    Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).Excellent organizational, scheduling, and time management skills.Strong customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.Professional telephone etiquette with experience managing multiple phone lines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Sound judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and coworkers.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
