    New Business Sales Associate CuraScript SD Join CuraScript SD as a New Business Sales Associate and play a key role in expanding specialty distribution solutions across hospital and health system customers. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on opening new doors, building relationships from the ground up, and driving growth through persistence, strategy, and accountability. Responsibilities Drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting opportunities within assigned hospital and health system territories. Achieve defined sales objectives through disciplined prospecting, strategic account planning, and consistent customer engagement. Execute outbound outreach strategies to meet daily and weekly reach and frequency goals while maintaining high-quality interactions. Develop and manage account plans that align customer needs with CuraScript SD solutions and long-term growth potential. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activity, pipeline, and reporting requirements using approved systems. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support opportunity development and solution alignment. Demonstrate a creative and entrepreneurial approach to territory management while operating within budget and policy guidelines. Prepare routine reports and respond to special reporting requests to support business visibility. Represent CuraScript SD at industry events, customer meetings, and internal forums in and out of territory. Perform consistently at a high level while balancing performance expectations and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience. Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Proven ability to self-motivate, manage time effectively, and drive results independently. Demonstrated organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Experience developing and executing business or account plans. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology tools. Knowledge of managed care operations or healthcare sales environments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required). Experience using Salesforce, SAP, TPS, or similar CRM and enterprise systems. Experience selling into hospital or health system environments. Comfort working in a hybrid environment with regular in-office collaboration. Work Location The Lake Mary, FL office is the preferred office alignment but we will be open to candidates who can report to other Evernorth offices as well. The requirement is to be in an office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and one additional day of choice). If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to analyze and interpret territory reports. Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, IVIG, neurology, immunology, and transplant therapies. Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel as needed.
