    Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; every other Saturday until 12:00 PM
    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced HVAC distribution center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.
    Key Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficientlyOperate warehouse equipment including forklifts and cherry pickersLoad and unload trucks; verify incoming and outgoing shipmentsReceive, inspect, and stock HVAC materials and equipmentMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentationStage, label, and prepare shipments for delivery or customer pickupMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentFollow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelinesWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goalsPerform additional warehouse duties as assigned
    Qualifications:Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferredForklift and cherry picker experience required (certification a plus)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingReliable attendance and punctuality
    Work Environment:
    This is a high-volume warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season. The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
