    We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for our client, an outstanding importer, processor and distributor of fresh and frozen seafood. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the development of the Outside Sales team that sells to all sales channels.     Responsibilities:Lead the development of the Outside Sales team, overseeing their sales activities.Sell directly to various establishments such as restaurants, hotels, casinos, country clubs, and corporate businesses.Handle Foodservice Distribution to specialty distributors and broadliners.Manage Retail Grocery sales with Small, Mid & Large Regional Retail Grocery.Earn commissions for individual sales, as well as overrides/commissions/bonuses for the sales team achieving their sales quotas and exceeding year over year growth.Oversee up to 15 sales reps across the Western United States.Hire, coach, mentor, manage and terminate outside sales people as needed.Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years in Seafood Sales.Experience selling to all 3 sales channels.Proven track record in managing people.Ability to travel between 30-50% of the time.Based out of the flagship California Location.
