Apartment Leasing Qualifications:
At least 6 months of leasing or related experience required.Familiarity with Fair Housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, ONESITE, KNOCK, CRM, ETC is a PLUS.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information.Must be team oriented but able to work independently.
