Maintenance Technician
A can-do attitude, ability to stay on-task, and a solid work ethic are just some of the qualities we are searching for when it comes to adding more maintenance technicians to our expanding team. Previous maintenance experience is required, certifications and property management experience is a plus.

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
· Make Ready/Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
· Repair and maintain the grounds, interior/exterior of the building and all common areas
· Areas including: plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repairs and painting.
Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
· Previous maintenance experience, Property management experience a plus
· General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair: plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repairs and painting.
· HVAC/CPO Certification and knowledge is not required, but always a plus
· Own set of tools is a plus
