    We are seeking dynamic Leasing Consultants to join our team! As the first point of contact for future residents, you’ll engage with leads, highlight property amenities, and guide them through the leasing process. Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll help maintain high occupancy rates and ensure resident satisfaction.


    Responsibilities:

    Actively engage prospects and provide detailed information about our amenities and offerings.Take thorough notes to understand prospects' preferences and requirements for their ideal home.Collaborate with the Property Manager to stay updated on special offers and promotions.Conduct tours and meetings with prospects, showcasing the best features of our community.Prepare and execute leasing paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.Follow up with leads to generate traffic and foster relationships with potential residents.Stay informed about the surrounding area to effectively communicate the benefits of living in our community.Assist with administrative tasks and support the leasing office as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Leasing experience required - Previous experience in leasing or property management is essential for success in this role.Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and confidently close leases.Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms for both the company and the resident.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

    Our team is currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician, ideally with Universal EPA certification, for immediate placement in Apartment Communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, detail-oriented professional looking for consistent weekday work in a residential setting.


    Qualifications:

    Previous residential maintenance experience (apartments, hotels, or private homes)Must provide personal hand tools and drillReliable transportation requiredAbility to perform physically demanding tasksStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesHVAC/EPA certification is a plus


    Technical Skills:

    Plumbing: Sink, shower, and toilet repairs; fixture replacements; drain unclogging (including snaking when applicable)Electrical: Fixture and switch replacement; knowledge of proper safety protocols; basic rewiring when applicableCarpentry: Patching holes, replacing doors and locks, hanging cabinetry, and light touch-up paintingAppliances: Assisting with installation and minor repairs of washers/dryers, stoves, garbage disposals, and other appliances

    Inspect apartment units, buildings, and common areas on a regular basisComplete unit turnovers and service requests between resident occupancyDiagnose and resolve maintenance issues involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliancesPerform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure property upkeep
