Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, or PTACs).Preventative Maintenance: Perform seasonal filter changes, coil cleanings, and drain line flushes to minimize emergency calls.EPA Compliance: Maintain accurate refrigerant logs and ensure all handling of chemicals meets EPA guidelines.System Replacement: Assist in (or lead) the installation of new condensers, air handlers, and thermostats during unit upgrades.MAINTENANCE Must work and interact with the residents to identify, diagnose, repair, and resolve the issues related to electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, stairs, railings, gas fixtures, carpet, tiles, flooring, etc..Requirements:
