Career Strategies is currently seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to join our team in the Denver-Metro area. If you are passionate about providing outstanding service and have a proven track record in leasing, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with visitors, residents, potential tenants, and internal team membersRespond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalismSchedule property tours and appointmentsShowcase and highlight the community’s best features to prospective tenantsProcess application fees, deposits, and rent paymentsSubmit applications for approval and prepare leasing documentsConduct follow-up communications with prospective residents after tours or application submissionsMaintain accurate records of visitor traffic, leasing status, and community feedbackPrepare and submit service requests as neededManage move-in/move-out procedures, including inspections and noticesCoordinate and plan community events to engage residentsOffer refreshments and provide new residents with welcome packets and giftsQualifications:
Proven experience as a Leasing ConsultantStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficientlyAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of leasing procedures and property management software is a mustCareer Strategies’ temporary population receives the following benefits:

Now Hiring Groundskeeper/Porters in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas!!!!
The Groundskeeper ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members
Essential Functions of the Job:
Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and cleans and maintains storage areas.Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assists the make-ready specialist in the "turn" process.Changes all locks in accordance with the property’s policy and ensure gates to all pool areas are working according to codes and safety standardsDistributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.Informs appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, guests, and others.Demonstrates customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services.Pay Rate: $20-$21/Hr depending on experience
