We are seeking a highly capable, service-oriented Executive / Personal Assistant to support two high-level principals in Austin. This is a true EA/PA hybrid role that touches every aspect of the principals' lives and requires someone who is proactive, grounded, and willing to do whatever is needed to keep things running smoothly. You will be the day-to-day right hand locally, ensuring both business and personal priorities are executed seamlessly. The right person will bring a no task too small mindset , strong organizational instincts, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach. This role runs the gamut from high-level executive support to hands-on household and lifestyle management. Key Highlights • Highly dynamic role supporting busy principals across business and personal needs • Broad scope with exposure to executive operations, lifestyle management, and travel • Long-term role with significant trust and impact Responsibilities: Executive Support Calendar Management • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities for principals • Provide daily printed schedules, briefing materials, and meeting prep • Monitor inboxes and flag or draft important communications • Help keep one principal on schedule and on time, providing gentle but consistent reminders • Track action items and follow-ups across meetings and business initiatives Personal Household Support • Manage personal scheduling including medical appointments, wardrobe coordination, and lifestyle logistics • Handle errands and day-to-day needs • Ensure the household and daily operations stay organized and running efficiently • Step in wherever needed to make life easier for the principals Travel Lifestyle Coordination • Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries in partnership with the Chief of Staff and broader team • Travel with the principals as needed • Provide hands-on support while traveling, including event and guest support Event Hosting Support • Assist with hosting needs, from preparing spaces to supporting service during gatherings • Pitch in during events in a hands-on way (serving, setup, coordination with staff) • Ensure a smooth and elevated guest experience General Support Operations • Serve as a key liaison between the principals, internal teams, and vendors • Keep systems, lists, contacts, and trackers organized and up to date • Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise • Be comfortable jumping in on anything from logistics coordination to hands-on projects Ideal Candidate • 3+ years of experience supporting executives, founders, or UHNW individuals • True EA/PA experience with comfort handling both business and personal support • Highly service-oriented with a positive, no-ego approach • Not afraid to be hands-on and get your hands dirty when needed • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Calm, discreet, and emotionally intelligent • Clear communicator who can be direct, efficient, and respectful • Comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes unpredictable environment • Tech savvy with Google Suite, Slack, and openness to AI tools
