What You'll Do as a PCA
Perform daily rounds and receive resident updates at the start and end of each shift
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and hydration per individualized care plans
Transport residents to activities, dining, appointments, and chapel services
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Take and record vital signs, daily weights, food/fluid intake and output
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervisors
Document care and restorative nursing activities per facility guidelines

What We're Looking For
At least 3 months of experience/training as a CNA or equivalent combination of education & experience
Actively working toward Certified Nurse Aide certification (required per DPW mandate)
CPR certification and annual TB testing
Strong communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and team members
Ability to chart electronically (ECS) and complete documentation accurately
Compassion, patience, and calm in handling residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, or special needs
Physical ability to assist, lift, and support residents safely (with or without equipment)
