Position Highlights:Clinic-Based Role – General cardiovascular care in our Rock Hill location
Flexible Scheduling – Monday through Friday, no call responsibilities

Position OverviewAs we continue to grow, TCAVI is seeking a patient-centered Advanced Practice Provider (APP)—either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)—with a strong interest or background in cardiology. ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in both clinic and acute care settings.
Manage and evaluate assigned office patients; order diagnostic tests, manage prescriptions, and refer as appropriate.
