    We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Volkswagen sales team and drive dealership growth.


    Position Summary

    The Volkswagen Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, including managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with Volkswagen brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with automotive sales management experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams.


    Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the Volkswagen sales team to exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Consultants. Monitor daily sales activities, appointments, and closing ratios. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Manage inventory levels and coordinate vehicle ordering with management. Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare management reports. Collaborate with Finance & Insurance (F&I) and Service departments to maximize customer retention. Ensure compliance with Volkswagen sales processes and manufacturer programs. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain knowledge of Volkswagen products, features, financing options, and competitor offerings.
    Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience. Previous Volkswagen or import brand experience preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing profitability. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities. Experience with dealership CRM and Dealer Management Systems (DMS). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    Preferred Skills Volkswagen certification or manufacturer training. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience with inventory management. Knowledge of digital retailing and online lead management. High level of professionalism and integrity.
