    Responsibilities

    • Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Oversee all project phases from inception to completion.
    • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, cash flow, and contracts.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
    • Project Leadership: Coordinate with consultants, guide stakeholders, and drive project success.
    • Building Systems Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of building systems, MEP Building Plansets, and construction principles.
    • Incentive Program Management: Adhere to incentive program requirements, interface with program personnel, and ensure timely payment.
    • Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery in construction or energy efficiency.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools.
    • In-depth knowledge of building systems and construction processes.

In this role, you will leverage your general contractor mindset to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
    Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Oversee all project phases from inception to completion.
    • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, cash flow, and contracts.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
    • Project Leadership: Coordinate with consultants, guide stakeholders, and drive project success.
    • Building Systems Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of building systems, MEP Building Plansets, and construction principles.
    • Incentive Program Management: Adhere to incentive program requirements, interface with program personnel, and ensure timely payment.
    • Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery in construction or energy efficiency.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools.
    • In-depth knowledge of building systems and construction processes.

    Requirements
    Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
    Proven track record of successful project delivery in construction or energy efficiency.
    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    Able to check MEP system installations against plans, develop & manage punchlists
    Travel throughout Bay Area and Sacramento Metro to visit properties
    Home office within 1 hr drive of Bay Area OR Sacramento
    Lift up to 40 pounds
    Minimum Bachelors Degree in construction, engineering, business or related field
