Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMMust be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasksResilience and compassion, especially on the tough daysInterest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services — experience with children is a plusAbility to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment — we'll prepare youPhysical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when neededWhy this work?
