Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Description
Registered Behavior Technicians work with individuals of all ages to help improve their lives and their ability to
interact with those around them. The RBT will be responsible for observing the individual's interactions with various
environments to identify social and behavioral issues, such as self-injury or aggression. The RBT will be responsible
for direct observation, collecting data and providing training and support to team members.
Responsibilities:
❏ Observe individuals in home and community settings
❏ Complete Assessment to report to Director of Behavior Services
❏ Provide training and support to team members
❏ Attend Circle of Support and Team Meetings
❏ Complete on-going assessment of services
❏ Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
❏ Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction
protocols.
❏ Effectively communicate client progress
❏ Maintain client confidentiality.
❏ Collaborate with treatment team including client, parents and caregivers, outside professionals,
❏ Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training
Qualifications:
● Must be a Registered Behavior Technician
● Valid driver's license with your own transport.
● Excellent verbal and report writing skills.
● Calm, empathic, and patient.
● The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices
● Acceptable criminal (State and County) histories

Job Summary: The Licensed Clinical Therapist provides professional counseling and therapeutic interventions to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. The Therapist conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, provides clinical supervision to counseling staff as required, and ensures compliance with state guidelines and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling services using evidence-based practices for children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities.Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.Regularly review and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress.Provide clinical supervision to counseling interns and counseling staff, as applicable and according to Tennessee state guidelines.Ensure documentation, including clinical notes, assessments, and treatment plans, is timely, thorough, and complies with regulatory requirements.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, families, caregivers, and external providers.Provide crisis intervention services as needed.Attend supervision, training sessions, and departmental meetings as required.Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical mental health field.Active Tennessee licensure required: LPC/MHSP, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist with Health Service Provider (HSP) designation, or related licensure.Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience, preferably working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges.Approved clinical supervisor credentials or willingness to obtain certification preferred.Knowledge and Skills:
Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills.Familiarity with state Medicaid documentation standards and compliance requirements.Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and guidance to counseling staff.Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.Crisis intervention and conflict resolution abilities.Competency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.Work Environment: Services may be provided in clinical, residential, or community settings. Therapists should be prepared for flexible scheduling, including potential evening or weekend hours based on client needs.
Educational Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.Licensure:

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a wide range of administrative duties at your assigned service site. This will cover all aspects of front desk customer service to all clients, guests, vendors, and state of TN representatives.
Your specific responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist role will include:
Providing administrative support by answering a multi-line phone system, greeting clients and employees, answer emails, creating reports using word processing and spreadsheet programs, track and input names into databases.
