The Role We're seeking a Yard Assistant/General Laborer to join our Henderson, Nevada operations. In this hybrid role, you will support both the service and field crew(s) with a primary focus on ensuring that all equipment and ancillaries are accounted for and maintained in and out of field. Load, secure, and unload equipment such as pumps, hoses, pipe, manifolds and fittings, using forklifts, pallet jacks and rigger. Stage orders accurately from pick tickets; verify counts, sizes, and condition before dispatch and after return.Perform check-in and check-out inspections (visual condition, guards, couplings, strainers, clamps, gaskets).Inventory and organizational tasks (maintain bin locations and yard layout).Restock consumables, separate damaged items for repair or scrap.Support field crews with urgent pulls/returns and off-hour storm/flood response.What You'll Bring
High school diploma or GED required.1+ year(s) experience in construction, industrial rental, landscaping, or warehouse/yard environment preferred.Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks, or willingness to learn.
