About The Team
The Sr. Director, Product Management - Enterprise AI/ML will lead a product team spanning the Machine Learning and Generative AI platforms at Capital One, and will be responsible for the core platform services for AI/ML platform that powers mission critical business applications.
We are looking for a technical product leader with a proven history of building products and experiences for data scientists and software developers. This individual will have excellent familiarity with emerging infrastructure and tooling for AI/ML application developers, and may have prior experience as a software engineer or data scientist with several years as a technical Product Manager and leader of product management teams.
This leader will set the strategy and priorities grounded in technical understanding and user experience. They must be able to sit in the shoes of the user (data scientists and engineers) and measure the benefits of more powerful, faster capabilities and from a better developer experience.
