We are seeking Cable Technicians to become an integral part of our team! Team members will service and install broadband data, voice and video systems as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Installation and repair of broadband data, video and voice systemsInstall and service data, video and voice configurations to minimize communication disruptionsProvide training and support to telecommunications personnelInvestigate customer issues and design appropriate solutionsOrder and maintain inventory stock suppliesMaintain all company assets safeguardedQualifications:
Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or other related fieldsFamiliarity with telecommunications equipmentStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service skills
