Schedule Options • Saturday, Sunday, Monday 8 p.m.–8 a.m. • Open to 4x10s for candidates who prefer that schedule What We Offer • Supportive, positive team culture • Medical, dental, and vision benefits starting the first of the month • 401(k) with generous company match • Generous PTO accruals • Mileage reimbursement • Paid holidays • Tuition reimbursement • Employee referral program • Merit-based pay increases • Employee discount programs What You’ll Do • Provide direct patient care in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act • Complete comprehensive assessments and follow the individualized plan of care • Document patient services accurately and in a timely manner • Educate patients and families/caregivers about diagnoses and care plans • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (aides, OT, PT, MSW, Dietitian, Clinical Supervisor) • Manage pain and symptoms effectively and evaluate patient response • Support patients and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect What You Bring • Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program • Three years of nursing experience (community health, hospice, or med/surg preferred) • Current LPN/LVN license in the state • Current CPR certification • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact while being supported by a team that values your work and well-being, Capital City Hospice is ready to welcome you.
