YOUR ROLE This is a newly created role within the Tax & Reporting team, designed to strengthen our client's global tax and statutory reporting capabilities. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of tax and statutory data across multiple jurisdictions. You will work at the intersection of GBS operations, in‑market finance teams, external Service Providers, with a strong focus on governance, quality, and continuous improvement. YOUR TASKS * Lead a small team, ensuring high‑quality delivery and supporting day‑to‑day operations within tax and statutory reporting. * Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Head of Tax & Statutory Delivery and Group Tax teams, to ensure smooth coordination across all reporting activities. * Manage and oversee the full tax and statutory reporting cycle, covering statutory accounts, CIT, VAT and other indirect taxes, group tax reporting, query handling, and ETR forecasting. * Provide accurate and complete financial data to external service providers for tax filings and preparation of statutory accounts. * Strengthen governance, controls and process documentation, ensuring alignment with the Tax Governance Framework. * Support complex cases and assist during peak periods, including managing escalations when needed. * Drive improvements, standardization and automation initiatives across the tax and statutory reporting landscape. * Prepare, review and process complex General Ledger entries, including accruals, provisions, allocations and other non‑standard accounting events. * Initiate accounting postings where needed, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and event‑specific procedures. * Report regularly to the Tax, Transfer Pricing & Statutory Reporting Manager, ensuring transparency on progress, challenges and responsibilities. YOUR PROFILE * Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in tax and statutory reporting in an international environment (preferably SSC/BPO). * English skills proven in writing and speaking in C1 level. * Strong expertise in statutory reporting, corporate tax, VAT / indirect taxes, withholding taxes, group tax reporting and forecasting. * Solid understanding of month‑end processes and trial balance production. * Experience working with or managing outsourced tax/compliance providers. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial data flows. * Hands‑on experience with ERP accounting systems (ex.
