    About the job youre considering The Software Engineer Level V is the highest level of technical expertise within the engineering team, responsible for leading the most critical and strategic projects for Mobius Autonomous Software. This role involves providing visionary leadership, driving innovation, and setting the technical direction for the team. The engineer will be instrumental in shaping the future of our autonomous software solutions and mentoring the entire engineering team. Your role Architect, design, and implement groundbreaking features and enhancements for Mobius Autonomous Software at the highest level of complexity. Develop and maintain exceptional quality, efficient, and scalable code in C#, setting the standard for best practices and industry benchmarks. Lead and oversee the entire software development lifecycle for the most critical and complex projects, including advanced requirements analysis, system architecture design, detailed coding, rigorous testing, and successful deployment. Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure software meets the highest standards of functionality, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, including product managers, stakeholders, and other principal engineers, to translate visionary business requirements into technical specifications and robust solutions. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the entire engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and high performance. Stay at the cutting edge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and groundbreaking innovation within the team and the product. Lead and champion code reviews, ensuring adherence to the highest coding standards and promoting best practices across the entire engineering team. Play a key role in strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing visionary technical insights and direction. Your skills and experience Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in software development, with extensive experience in senior or principal roles. Mastery of C#, with a proven track record of architecting, developing, and maintaining highly complex and innovative software applications. Extensive experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Deep understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
